Registration
You can browse our webshop content free without the obligation of providing your details. Filling your cart is not dependant on registration but for an order you must register. =Only registered and logged-in users may submit their orders).
Acceptance of data management rules is a prerequisite of registration. We utilize details provided upon registration exclusively for the accomplishment of orders and we under no circumstances pass those details to a third party.
We manage our users' details in accordance with the rules set by the LXIII law of 1992 on the protection of persona data and publicity of data of public interest.
You can execute registration anytime during browsing or shopping
You can access your details upon registration and providing your ID sor you can modifiy them except for the user name. Should you happen to forget your password you can claim a new one providing your email address where the system automatically submits a new password.

Purchase conditions
Order
1.Content of the cart:
You can order only the products you have put in your cart. You can modifiy cart content anytime and its content can be removed. You can check details and value of your order here.
2. Registration:
Only registered users can submit orders upon login. You can read further information on regsistration at the Registration menu option.
3. Invoicing and shipping details:
You can check invoicing and shipping details you provided upon registration here. You can update, modifiy them clicking on the Modify button. This is where you must also define shipping option.
4. Doublecheck:
Please doublecheck your order. You can return to previous steps clicking ont he menu above and can modify your order. If you find all final and proper, you can activate your order clicking ont he Order button. You will soon receive confirmation of receipt of order via email. The price indicated beside the product ordered is gross and contains VAT. Order takes effect ensuing receipt of confirmation mail.
Payment
Purchase limit: 5000-Ft
We issue invoice of the products purchased in every single case. In case of shipping the product is delivered int he company of a delivery note, upon completion we send the invoice via regular mail.
The value highlighted beside the products is a VAT-inclusive sales price also including packaging costs but excluding shipping costs.
Payment options
1. Reception in person:
- You can receive the ordered product in person in our shop paying in cash
- 2. In case of shipped product: You pay our delivery person in cash ensuing receipt of product. Company payment abides by an individual contract involving 10-day bank transfer (information available at our customers' desk). 3. Postai küldemény:

Shipping/Delivery
Shipping and receipt options:
Standard shipping to Budapest and its vicinity: min. 48 hours-max.7 days from submit of order.
Fee: A uniform gross 990 HUF.
Courier service: presently unavailable
Cash on delivery: 3-5 days ensuing submit of order.
We perform deliveries/shipping on working days from 10am to 12am and from 5pm to 8pm, on Saturdays from 9am to 12am. No deliveries on Sunday and bank holidays.
Complaint procedure
Cancellation of order, compalint, substitute product
You can modify your submitted orders or cancel undesirable orders as follows:
You can cancel orders only via phone on: 06-1-281-1834
- You must cancel order until 5pm of the days prior to the day of delivery the latest. We accept complaint ensuing receipt of product only on quality issues. If claims of a substitute product are unjustified and do not meet aforelisted conditions, we charge the customer with the costs of the substitue product shipping/delivery.
Cancellation of agreement
In accordance with the 17/1999. (II.5.) Government Order regulating contracts between absentees, every customer has the right to cancel the agreement within 8 working days
We inform you that our webshop sells no products subject to guarantee duties as defined by the 151/2003. (IX. 22.) Government Order supplement.
